About Our Instructor

Renee Desjardins is a 

Registered Nurse with a BA and a Personal Trainer Specialist with additional certification for Older Adults. Renee also holds certifications for Level 1 and 2 Yoga, the Stand Up Program and the Western University Home Exercise Program. She has a small studio in Beaver Lake called Beaver Lake Fitness & Yoga. She's been teaching fitness & exercise since 2010, and loves when people realize the importance of living and loving an active lifestyle. The difference moving and resistance can make to our health and long term wellness is magical and exciting.
